Our grape varietals reflect the unique terroir of our site. Our alluvial soils and microclimate thrive with red varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, alongside the delightful Albariño.

Committed to sustainable practices, we’re proud to be CCOF organically farmed and are currently working toward achieving our regenerative organic certification. It’s a testament to our belief in nurturing the land for generations to come.

To optimize quality and yield, we’ve embraced innovative techniques like the elkhorn and dual trellis system. These efforts have not only elevated our wines but also underscored our commitment to sustainable viticulture.
